We’re a mother-daughter real estate team that cares about you, and where you live!
We have been working together over ten years and we specialized in residential properties, including single family homes, townhomes, condos, and so forth.
We love your referrals and treat them as part of our family. We also show our clients the advantage of investing in real estate. Please let us answer your questions.
I started in real estate, joining my mom in the business, in 1997 after graduating from UCLA. My mom, Ronni, has been a great mentor and partner, allowing me to gain more experience and expertise in a relatively short amount of time. To better serve our clients I have obtained my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), e-PRO (National Association of Realtors’ Technology Designation), GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and LTG (Leadership Training Graduate), and PMN (Performance Management Network) designations. Realizing the importance of being invovled in the real estate community I joined the Women’s Council of Realtors, and was elected to the position of Vice President for the Contra Costa Chapter for both 1999 and 2000. After attending several state and national meetings I was selected to be on the WCR National Membership Marketing Committee. In 2004 I was elected to serve as our Chapter’s President in 2006. With my affiliation with the Women’s Council of Realtors I can get my clients in touch with the best realtor anywhere in the USA. The median home price in Walnut Creek is $886,062.50, although we have helped many of our clients into great buys for less than that. Contra Costa County is the 9th most populated county in California, located just 35 miles east of San Francisco. We have beautiful hills, walking trails, parks and golf courses. Give Ronni and Maile a call and we would love to help you with your move in, out, or around the East Bay.
I began my career as a Realtor in Hawaii, and I continue it here in California. My daughter, Maile, joined me after she graduated from UCLA in 1997, and we have been working together ever since. I also have my college degree, with a major in Humanities. However, it was not until I had about 27 years in the business before I upgraded my license to Broker. In addition to that I have earned a number of credentials, which shows how seriously I take the responsibility of representing your best interests. I have also served as the Local Chapter President and State Governor of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Maile and I believe in serving our community and have done so through our affiliation with the American Association of University Women and as Boosters for the Blue Devil Drum and Bugle Corp. We believe with our two heads, two hearts and the perspective of two generations, you are in good hands. And we really do care about YOU.
